WHAT DO WE NEED IN TERMS OF ARTWORK?
As we have been engraving beautiful crystal since 1984, we hold thousands of company, club, and military crests and logos, so we probably already hold yours. If you are thinking of sending your design, please may you send a vector file if you have one? This will be a file ending in .ai, .eps, or a high resolution .pdf. Failing that, send us the best you have, and we will get back to you!
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO WE NEED?
How long have do we have? Although small orders can be sent (or collected) in a few days, your ability to plan is always appreciated. We hold large stocks of crystal at all times enabling us to maintain the great service for which we are so famous. If you are in a hurry, please make this clear at the time of ordering!
Email us your ideas - if you have a crest or logo, email that too - every day we are amazed at the originality of the emotions flooding our inbox.
If you ask, we will even send you a .pdf of the artwork, so you can see it - just to make certain that we understand you!

Needless to say, the price of redrawing your artwork depends upon the quality of the artwork supplied.
We need your artwork to be enable to engrave your crest and message on our crystal, so please send the best artwork you can find.
